1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By registering as an athlete, purchasing a coach pass, purchasing a spectator ticket, entering the event premises, or participating in any capacity in the 2026 OSG Teen/Junior World Championship (“Event”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and Liability Waiver.
If you do not agree, do not register, purchase, enter, or participate.
2. NO REFUNDS / ALL SALES FINAL
All registrations, coach passes, and spectator ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.
No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for any reason, including injury, illness, travel issues, scheduling conflicts, or inability to attend or compete.
The Event is held rain or shine.
You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes except in cases of verified fraud.
3. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
You understand and acknowledge that attendance at and participation in a strength sports event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:
Large crowds and pedestrian traffic
Slips, trips, and falls
Equipment-related hazards (weights, rigs, platforms, vehicles, and implements)
Physical exertion and overexertion
Weather conditions, including heat, humidity, and rain
Food-related illness or allergic reactions
Alcohol consumption by yourself or others
Theft, loss, or damage to personal property
Acts or negligence of other attendees, participants, or third parties
Athletes acknowledge additional risks including serious physical injury, permanent disability, or death resulting from training and competition.
You voluntarily assume all known and unknown risks associated with attendance and/or participation.
4. RELEASE OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, you hereby release and discharge:
Event organizers, venue operators, sponsors, partners, staff, volunteers, contractors, officials, and affiliated entities (collectively, “Released Parties”)
from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or causes of action arising out of or related to:
Attendance at the Event
Participation in competitions or activities
Use of event facilities or equipment
Interaction with other attendees or participants
This release includes claims based on ordinary negligence.
5. ATHLETE-SPECIFIC TERMS
In addition to all other provisions, registered athletes agree:
a. Physical Condition
You certify that you are physically fit, adequately trained, and medically capable of participating in strongman competition. You have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical professional.
b. Responsibility for Health
You are solely responsible for your health and safety. You consent to emergency medical care if deemed necessary and agree to assume all related costs.
c. Rules & Conduct
You agree to:
Follow all competition rules, standards, and judging decisions
Use required equipment where applicable
Compete in a safe and sportsmanlike manner
Comply with instructions from event officials
Event officials retain full authority to stop or disqualify participation for safety or rule violations.
d. Equipment & Environment
You acknowledge that strongman events involve heavy, awkward, and potentially dangerous implements and conditions, and you accept all associated risks.
e. Division Eligibility
You certify that you fully understand the eligibility requirements for the division in which you are competing and that all information provided during registration is accurate.
You agree that:
Gender divisions are determined by biological sex
Age divisions are determined by your biological age as of November 20, 2026
You acknowledge that it is your sole responsibility to ensure you are entered in the correct division. Entry into an ineligible division may result in disqualification without refund.
6. COACH & CREDENTIAL HOLDER TERMS
Coach pass holders and credentialed personnel agree to:
Remain in designated areas only
Follow all staff instructions and safety protocols
Not interfere with competition operations
Accept removal without refund for non-compliance
7. CODE OF CONDUCT
All attendees, athletes, and credential holders must:
Comply with all applicable laws and venue rules
Act in a respectful and safe manner
Refrain from disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behavior
The Event reserves the right to deny entry or remove any individual without refund.
8. ALCOHOL POLICY
Alcohol, if available, may only be consumed in designated areas.
You agree that:
Valid identification is required
You are responsible for your consumption
You will not provide alcohol to minors
Intoxicated or disruptive individuals may be removed without refund
9. FOOD & VENDOR DISCLAIMER
Food and merchandise are provided by independent vendors. The Event and Released Parties are not responsible for:
10. MEDIA RELEASE
By attending or participating in the Event, you grant the Event and its designees the irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual right to:
Photograph, film, and record you
Use your name, image, likeness, and voice
for promotional, marketing, broadcast, and commercial purposes, in any media, without compensation or approval.
11. FORCE MAJEURE
The Event may be delayed, modified, or canceled due to circumstances beyond control, including but not limited to:
No refunds or compensation are guaranteed unless otherwise stated.
12. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal action shall be brought in the appropriate courts located in Marion County, Florida.
13. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
14. ACKNOWLEDGMENT
BY REGISTERING, PURCHASING, ENTERING, OR PARTICIPATING IN THE EVENT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT:
YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS AGREEMENT
YOU ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH THE EVENT
YOU RELEASE THE RELEASED PARTIES FROM LIABILITY
YOU ARE GIVING UP CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE
YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY.
