Athletes will have 60 seconds to clean and press a series of three logs which increase in size and weight. Athletes may stop at the log of their choice and continue to clean and press that log for max reps. Each log has a different point value, and placing will be determined by total points earned.
Athletes will carry one set of farmers carry handles down and back a 15m course before moving on to a heavier set of handles for a single run of 15m in a 60-second time limit.
Athletes will compete for max reps on axle bars within a 60-second time limit. Athletes may choose between two axles: a light axle and a heavy axle. Reps completed with the heavier axle will always beat any reps completed with the lighter axle.
Athletes will perform stone press with chikara ishi (Japanese smooth natural stones) and compete for reps within a 60-second time limit. Each stone has a different point value, and placing will be determined by total points earned.
