Dinnie Stone carry for 15m
Athletes have 60 seconds to carry the Dinnie Stones for 15m
Athletes will start with their hands on the handles. The handles must remain in contact with the ground until the go command is given.
No drops permitted
If either stone touches the ground before the finish line, the athletes attempt is considered done.
The athlete will be given a clear call once the stones and athlete cross the finish line.

Athletes will have 3 attempts to lift the heaviest weight possible.
Athletes have 3 attempts to lift a successful max axle overhead
Axle will be using bumper plates
Each attempt has 60 seconds, athletes may take 2 attempts during this 60 seconds
Opening weights must be submitted 10min prior to the event starting
Next attempts must be submitted to the athlete wrangler within 60 seconds of their previous attempt. If the athlete fails to declare there next attempt, it will automatically increase by 2.5kg
Minimum jumps 2.5kg
Athletes can go up in weight, but not back down
On the 'Bar is loaded' call is when the 60 second time cap starts
For a succesful lockout, the athlete is required to demonstrate: head through, elbows locked, feet back under the body, stability & control over the axle once overhed
Athletes can strict press, push press, push jerk, split jerk
Belt cleans are allowed
A successful rep is when the referee gives a down call
Any reps lost behind the head will be declared a no rep regardless of a good rep or not.
Implement in not allowed to rest on the head
Athletes must control the axle back to the ground, hands must remain on the axle until at least waist height.
Any reps mic dropped or aggressively dumped will be no repped
If an athlete has any limitations that prevent them from achieving a full lockout, it is their responsibility to approach the referee to discuss these limitations and what the expectations will be.

The athlete with highest successful lift will get most points. If that number is achieved by more than one athlete, points will be shared

Athletes will deadlift an axle for as many reps as possible within a 60 sec time limit.
Athletes will have 60 seconds to lift as many reps on a 14" wagon wheel deadlift
Athletes can start strapped in. The athlete is not permitted to have help from anyone strapping in or using smelling salts.
For the athlete to get a down call, full lockout must demonstrate: Knees locked, hips through, shoulders back, control of the bar
Touch and go reps are permitted
For a rep to be successful, the athlete must receive the down call within the 60 second time cap
Athletes must control the axle back down the the ground. Any reps that are deemed aggressively dropped will be no repped.
A minimum of socks must be worn

Athlete will carry a yoke for maximum distance.
Athletes will carry a yoke for a max distance within 60 seconds
The course will be set out 15m up, 15m back
Drops are allowed
Athlete can start under the yoke. On the go call the athlete will lift the yoke and start moving
Sliding, dragging and pushing the yoke it not allowed. 1 warning will be given, on the second warning the athletes run is considered over
Athletes will be given a clear call at each end of the course.
The centre of the implement must cross the line for a clear call to be given
Athletes will receive a distance score

Athletes will lift the sand stone to shoulder for max reps in 60 seconds
On the referees go command, the athlete will lift the sandstone to shoulder
The athlete can start with their hands on the sandstone, but it must remain in full contact with the ground until the go command is given
For the athlete to get a good rep the sandstone must be clearly on the shoulder, be stable and under control and the opposite hand must be clearly away from the sandstone.
If the sandstone is deemed resting on the chest, bicep, forearm or any other part of the body other than the shoulder, their referee will tell the athlete to get it to the shoulder.
A down call must be received during the time cap of 60 seconds to be successful
