Athlete starts behind the designated starting line.

At the judge's command of "Go!", the event begins.

Athletes may choose the five objects in any order.

Only one object may be carried at a time.

Each object must be carried from the "room" to the designated Toy Box.

Athletes must continue making trips until all five objects have been placed in the Toy Box.

Time stops when the fifth and final object is completely inside the Toy Box.

60-second time limit.

If all five objects are not completed within 60 seconds, the athlete will receive credit for the number of objects successfully placed in the Toy Box.

Any supportive equipment (belt, knee sleeves, wrist wraps, etc.) is permitted.

Chalk is permitted.

No tacky or any sticky substances are allowed.

Grip shirts are not permitted.

Athletes must wear closed-toe athletic shoes.

Judges' decisions are final.

Athlete may begin with hands on the implement.

At the judge's command of "Go!", the athlete may clean and press the implement overhead.

The implement must be brought to a controlled lockout overhead.

Once the implement is motionless, the athlete must wait for the judge's "Down!" command before lowering the implement.

Repetitions performed before the judge's command will not count.

Athlete will complete as many successful repetitions as possible within the time limit.

60-second time limit.

Any supportive equipment (belt, knee sleeves, wrist wraps, etc.) is permitted.

Athlete must remain stationary throughout the event.

At the judge's command of "Go!", the athlete will pull the wagon toward them using the rope provided.

The wagon must be pulled 40 feet to the finish line.

Athletes must remain seated and may not stand, walk, or scoot forward during the event.

The rope may be re-gripped as needed.

Time stops when the front of the wagon crosses the finish line.

60-second time limit.

If the wagon does not reach the finish line within 60 seconds, distance pulled will be measured.

Any supportive equipment (belt, knee sleeves, wrist wraps, etc.) is permitted.

No tacky or sticky substances are allowed.

Grip shirts are not permitted.

Athlete starts on the platform with both feet inside the designated area.

Athlete may begin with both hands on the handles.

Time begins once both pillars are under the athlete's control.

Athlete must keep both pillars elevated for as long as possible.

The event ends when the athlete releases a handle, or the athlete steps off the platform.

Any supportive equipment (belt, knee sleeves, wrist wraps, etc.) is permitted.
