Axle Clean & Press with set weight for maximum reps in a time limit.
Time Limit: 60 seconds
Rules
Axle starts on the floor
Axle will be using bumper plates
Athletes can start with their hands on the axle.
For a successful lockout, the athlete is required to demonstrate, head through, elbows locked, feet back under the body, stability & control over the axle once overhead
Athletes can strict press, push press, push jerk, split jerk
Belt cleans are allowed
A successful rep is when the referee gives a down call
Any reps lost behind the head will be declared a no rep regardless of a good rep or not.
Implement in not allowed to rest on the head
Athletes must control the axle back to the ground, hands must remain on the axle until at least waist height.
Any reps mic dropped or aggressively dumped will be no repped
If an athlete has any limitations that prevent them from achieving a full lockout, it is their responsibility to approach the referee to discuss these limitations and what the expectations will be prior to the event starting.
Shoes must be worn
No headphones
The athlete with most successful reps will win the events. If the same number of reps achieved by more than one athlete, points will be shared

Sandbag pick → 7.5 m carry
Load over 1.2 m crossbar
Run around or under the crossbar Re-pick sandbag
Carry remaining 7.5 m

Load over 1.2m crossbar
Rules
Course completed in prescribed order.
Athletes can start with their hand on the sandbag, but it must remain in full contract with the ground
Dropping & repicking of implements allowed
Athlete resumes from where implement is dropped.
Final event time is given once keg touches the ground after being loaded over crossbar
All implements must clearly pass over the crossbars before continuing/finishing
touching the crossbar is permitted unless otherwise stated.

Fastest completion time.
If unfinished, split times will be taken at each successful load when the implement hits the ground

Athletes will deadlift for as many reps as possible within a 60 sec time limit.
Time Limit: 60 seconds
Rules
Athletes have 60 seconds to pull as many reps as possible
Standard deadlift height, using deadlift bar
Conventional only. No sumo
Athletes can start strapped into the bar
To achieve a down call, full lockout must be achieved. Knees locked, hips through, shoulder back, stable
No touch and go reps or bouncing reps. Each rep must come to a complete stop.
Down calls must be given within the time cap to be a successful rep
No finger tipping, the bar must remain in contact with the palm of the hands at all time
The bar is to be controlled to the ground. Hands must remain on the bar until at least knee height
Aggressively dropping/mic dropping the bar will result in a no rep
No headphone
Minimum of socks must be worn. No bare feet

Time Limit: Until last athlete standing
Rules
Athlete stands with butt against platform and upper back/shoulders against platform. Arms fully extended with elbows locked, Weight held at or above shoulder height. Minimum 90 degree angle from torso to arms
Athlete will be given 1 warning if the judge sees the implement dropping, elbows bent or arms not fully extended. Full lose of control of implement will NOT receive a warning

Time ends when: Arms drop below 90°, Athlete steps away, butt or shoulders leave the platform, judge gives stop command.

Max sandbag to shoulder
Time Limit: 90 seconds
Rules
Sandbags arranged in ascending order.
Athletes can start in front of their chosen sandbag
On the 'GO' command, the athlete can lift the sandbag
Athlete can move between bags as they please. This can be up and down in weight
Athlete may skip weights and move between bags as they wish
Athlete may have as unlimited attempts within allocated time
Successful lift requires: Bag clearly supported on one shoulder, athlete standing fully upright. Stable and control show with other hand clear, no resting on arm, on chest for a down call to be achieved

Heaviest successful bag.
Ladies bag weight will start at 40 and go through to 110 in 10kg jumps
Mens bag weights will start at 80 and go through to 160 in 10kg jumps
