By registering for this event, the participant acknowledges and agrees to the following:

• All participants compete at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring they are medically and physically fit to participate in strongman and strength-based activities.

• Participants must comply with all event rules, referee decisions, safety requirements, and directions given by event staff and officials at all times.

• Just Tif Pty Ltd T/a Australia's Strongest and/or the event organiser reserves the right to refuse entry, remove, or disqualify any participant for unsafe behaviour, unsportsmanlike conduct, rule violations, or failure to comply with event requirements.

• Participants acknowledge that strongman competition carries inherent risks, including serious injury or death, and participation is entirely voluntary.

• By attending or competing, participants consent to photography, videography, livestreaming, and the use of their image and likeness for promotional and media purposes without compensation.

• Event dates, schedules, venues, event formats, and implements may be changed at the discretion of the organiser where required.

• All purchases and entry fees are final and non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

• Participants are responsible for ensuring they hold any required memberships, qualifications, or eligibility requirements prior to competing.
